2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §44-1614  Duty of person acquiring possession of article marked with registered mark to restore it to owner

It shall be the duty of any person, firm, corporation or association who finds or receives in the regular course of business, or in any other manner, any supplies marked with a brand registered under the provisions of this article, to make diligent effort to find the owner thereof and restore the property to the owner.
