2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §44-1612  Unlawful use of registered mark prohibited

It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association except the owner or registrant of a brand registered as provided in this article, to sell, buy, rent, launder or clean, give, take or otherwise traffic in any supplies marked with or by any name, mark or device a description of which is filed, recorded, and published as provided in section 44-1611, or to erase, obliterate or otherwise cover up, conceal or remove such name, mark or device without the written consent of the registrant thereof, unless the article was purchased from the supplier whose mark is thereon.
