2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §44-1611  Adoption of mark indicating ownership by linen supplier; recording

A person, firm, corporation or association engaged in the business of supplying clean laundered garments, towels, table linen or other articles, the property of the supplier, in a regular service, exchanging periodically clean articles for soiled articles for a fixed compensation, may adopt and use a name or other mark or device woven, impressed or produced thereon to indicate ownership. Such supplier may file in the office of the secretary of state and record in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the principal place of business of the supplier is located, or if the principal place of business is located without the state, then in the office of the county recorder of any county of the state, a description of the names, marks or devices used to indicate ownership, and cause such description to be printed once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper published in the county in which such description is recorded. The registrant shall pay the secretary of state three dollars for each registration.
