2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §44-294  Records

Every dealer, holder, or sales finance company shall maintain in its office, for a period of not less than one year after date of final payment or entry therein, a copy of all retail installment contracts or retail installment transactions entered into under the terms of this chapter.
