2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-3102  Requirements for new programs established by the legislature

Any new program that is established by the legislature shall include in its enabling legislation a specific expiration date for the program that is not more than ten years after the effective date of the program's enabling legislation.
