2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-1969  Information technology personnel; criminal history records

A. Each employee of the department of economic security who is employed in an information technology position shall have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to chapter 12, article 3.1 of this title or provide to the department documentation of the person's application for a fingerprint clearance card. Before accepting an offer of employment, an applicant for an information technology position in the department of economic security shall have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to chapter 12, article 3.1 of this title or provide to the department documentation of the person's application for a fingerprint clearance card.

B. The department of economic security shall not disclose information obtained pursuant to subsection A of this section except to members of the department's staff solely for employment purposes.
