2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-1553.04  Fees and charges; international development authority fund

The authority may fix, alter, charge and collect tolls, fees and rents and may impose any other charges for the use of any authority facility or for services rendered by the authority on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time by the authority. All tolls, fees, rents and other charges imposed by the authority and all revenues, receipts and other monies received by the authority except as expressly otherwise provided in this article or in any resolution adopted by the board in connection with the sale of any issue of bonds shall be deposited in the Arizona international development authority fund.
