2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-1528  Enterprise zones in cities and towns

Notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary, if the proposed boundaries of an enterprise zone include all or any part of a city or town, the enterprise zone commission shall obtain the approval by resolution of each such city and town prior to the designation of the enterprise zone. If such approval is granted, the city or town shall specify the incorporated area to be included in the proposed enterprise zone. If territory within a city or town is included in the enterprise zone, each such city and town shall designate a representative to serve as a nonvoting advisory member of the enterprise zone commission.
