2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-1514.01  Recycled materials market development program

A. A state recycled materials market development program is established within the department to promote economic development for recycled materials. The director shall employ a coordinator to administer the program.

B. Under the direction of the director, the coordinator shall:

1. Develop state market development strategies for post-consumer materials.

2. Coordinate a business recruitment and expansion program for companies using post-consumer materials.

3. Coordinate the advisory committee on recycled materials markets.

4. Assist the department of environmental quality in evaluation of recycling grants.

5. Provide technical assistance to businesses using post-consumer materials.
