2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-1505.08  Central state permitting

A. The department shall establish a program by which entrepreneurs may become aware of and obtain forms for most permits, licenses or other authorizations needed to establish, expand or operate in this state. The program shall be established so that most applications may be obtained from the department.

B. The department shall coordinate the efforts of all agencies and departments of this state to facilitate and to expedite all procedures relating to centralizing access to most permits, licenses permitting or other authorization required to establish, expand or operate businesses in this state.
