2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-1312  Advocate for private property rights

A. An advocate office is established in the office of the Arizona legislative council to represent the interests of private property owners in proceedings involving governmental action, except that the budget for the advocate for private property rights shall be separate from and shall not be included in the budget for the office of the Arizona legislative council.

B. The director of the Arizona legislative council shall appoint the advocate who serves at the pleasure of the Arizona legislative council.
