2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-767 Coordination with department of economic security
The department of administration and the department of economic security may develop a comprehensive agreement whereby the personnel and facilities of the department of economic security are utilized to assist the department in the performance of its personnel administration duties, provided that such agreement will:
1. Result in more economical performance of the duties of the department.
2. Provide for reimbursement to the department of economic security wherever federal regulations so require.
