2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §41-192.03 Investigators; peace officer designation; exception
An investigator who is regularly employed and paid as such in the office of the attorney general, or of a county attorney, and who is certified by the Arizona law enforcement officer advisory council shall be considered a peace officer for all purposes.
