ASRS shall submit a report on or before January 31 of each year to the senate finance committee and the house of representatives government committee and ways and means committee, or their successor committees, that includes a list of those United States companies held in the fund, if ASRS can make such a determination from public information, and that have or that are reasonably known by ASRS to have business activities in or with countries identified as those countries currently designated pursuant to section 6(j) of the export administration act, and the total amount invested in each company.
