2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §36-2903.04 Prior wards of the state; eligibility determination
The administration shall determine the eligibility of any eligible person as defined in section 36-2901, paragraph 6, subdivision (a), item (iii) and shall redetermine eligibility on an annual basis.
