2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §36-717 Responsibility for care or treatment by counties

The local board of health, through the board of supervisors of the county, shall be responsible for providing or arranging for the provision of medical care and treatment of persons in the county infected with tuberculosis.
