2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §34-225  Governmental mall; private and public development; construction contracts; limitations

A political subdivision of the state may not authorize pursuant to its planning and zoning or other powers the private or public development of structures or sites or award a construction contract for new buildings or improvements within the governmental mall comprised of the area described in section 41-1362 without a request for permission from, and written approval by, the legislative governmental mall commission.
