2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-3621  Principal place of business

A. Each state licensed or state certified appraiser shall advise the board of the address of his principal place of business and all other addresses at which he is currently engaged in the business of preparing real property appraisal reports.

B. If a state licensed or state certified appraiser changes a place of business, he shall give written notification within ten days of the change to the board and shall apply for an amended license or certificate.

C. Every state licensed or state certified appraiser shall notify the board of his current residence address. Residence addresses on file with the board are exempt from disclosure as public records.
