2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-3421  Licensure; title

A. No person may practice occupational therapy or hold himself out as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant or as being able to practice occupational therapy or to render occupational therapy services in this state unless he is licensed under this chapter.

B. Only a person licensed by this state as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant may use the words "occupational therapist", "licensed occupational therapist", "occupational therapist registered", "occupational therapy assistant", "licensed occupational therapy assistant" or "certified occupational therapy assistant" in connection with his name or place of business or may use other words, letters, abbreviations or insignia indicating or implying that he is an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant.
