2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-2932 Use of title or abbreviation by a homeopathic physician

A person practicing pursuant to this chapter shall designate himself and sign his name, wherever required, in any capacity, as "homeopathic physician" or "doctor of medicine (homeopathic)".
