2. The applicant holds a current, unsuspended and unrevoked license to practice homeopathic medicine issued by another state, district or territory of the United States.

B. Examination for a license to practice under this chapter shall include all subjects which are generally accepted as necessary for a thorough knowledge of the practice of medicine as homeopathic physicians. The board shall prescribe rules for conducting the examination and shall set the passing grade.

C. The board shall review the examination of any applicant upon the applicant's request. A grade on an examination reviewed by the board may be changed only by the majority vote of the members of the board. However, the applicant shall pay all additional fees associated with board prescribed investigatory examinations such as the special purpose licensing examination.

D. In a written examination, applicants shall be designated by numbers only and the corresponding names shall be kept secret until after the grading of the examinations.
