2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-2824  Inspection

A. The board or its duly authorized representatives may enter during scheduled work hours on private or public property for the purpose of:

1. Assuring that only board certified individuals or individuals exempt from board certification are operating ionizing radiation machines.

2. Determining whether a certified individual is practicing beyond the scope of his certificate.

3. Determining whether a certified individual has violated the provisions of this chapter.

4. Auditing ionizing radiation logbooks.

B. The board may enter areas under the jurisdiction of the federal government only with its permission.
