2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-2303  Organization; meetings; compensation

A. The commission, at its last meeting of each calendar year, shall elect from among its members a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary all of whom retain full voting rights.

B. The commission shall hold a regular meeting at least quarterly. The commission may hold other meetings it deems necessary.

C. A majority of the commission constitutes a quorum.

D. All commission meetings and hearings shall be conducted according to parliamentary procedure as outlined in the current Robert's Rules of Order.

E. Members of the commission are eligible to receive compensation as determined pursuant to section 38-611 for each commission meeting or day of actual service in the business of the commission.
