2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-2129  Advance payment of license fees; staggered license period

A. All license fees shall be paid in advance, and shall be the same regardless of the time of the year when the license is issued.

B. If the license fees or other fees that relate to licensure are paid with a check that is not honored by the financial institution on which it is written, the department may deny or cancel the license.

C. There is established a two year staggered license period.

D. An original license shall be for a period of two years up to and including the last day of the month in which the license was granted. A renewal license shall be for a period commencing on the date of issuance, but no earlier than the first day after the expiration of the previous license.

E. License applicants shall pay fees as specified in this chapter.
