2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-2027 License or certificate renewal

A licensee or certificate holder shall renew the license or certificate pursuant to board rules. A licensee or certificate holder who fails to renew the license or certificate on or before its expiration date shall not practice as a physical therapist or work as a physical therapist assistant in this state.
