2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-544 Salon license renewal
A. A salon license is renewable each year on or before the anniversary date of the first license by meeting all the requirements for a salon license and paying the prescribed renewal fee.
B. A salon owner who fails to renew the owner's salon license each year by the anniversary date of the license shall apply pursuant to section 32-541 and pay the prescribed fee and delinquent renewal penalty.
