2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §28-1807 Conflict of interest; penalty
A. Section 38-503 applies to acts prohibited under article VII of the compact adopted by this article and rules adopted by the commission pursuant to article VII of the compact.
B. A person who violates a provision of article VII of the compact or a rule adopted pursuant to article VII of the compact shall be punished as provided in section 38-447.
