2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §23-1323  Injunctive relief; damages

A. The picketing of an establishment when a bona fide dispute does not exist between the employer and the majority of employees, and engaging in a secondary boycott, are illegal and a person against whom such picketing or secondary boycott is directed or who is injured thereby is entitled to injunctive relief therefrom. Any person or persons calling or conducting illegal picketing or secondary boycott shall be liable in damages to any person injured thereby.

B. Nothing in this article shall be construed to imply the legality of any act or conspiracy illegal under the laws of this state prior to November 24, 1952. Any labor organization, subdivision or local thereof shall be bound by and liable for the acts of its agents, and may sue or be sued in its common name.
