A. An accountable health plan may contract with the Arizona health care cost containment system administration to provide health care services pursuant to section 36-2912.02.
B. Financial requirements imposed pursuant to title 36, chapter 29, article 1 are separate from the financial requirements imposed pursuant to this title.
