2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §20-1097  Definitions

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Prepaid legal insurance contracts" means a contractual obligation to indemnify for specific legal services rendered in the normal and ordinary course of business by an active member of the state bar of Arizona.

2. "Prepaid legal insurance corporation" or "corporation" means any corporation organized for the purpose of selling prepaid legal insurance contracts in this state or any insurer licensed pursuant to this title.
