2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §20-835  Judicial review of decisions of director

All orders of the director of insurance made pursuant to this article shall be subject to the provisions of article 2 of chapter 1 of this title, including the right of hearing, rehearing and appeal.
