2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §15-509 Failure to comply with statutes as unprofessional conduct; penalty

A certificated person who fails to comply with section 15-501, 15-507 or 15-508 is guilty of unprofessional conduct and the certificated person's certificate shall be revoked.
