2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §10-3224 Recording and publication of articles of domestication

Within sixty days after filing the articles of domestication, the articles of domestication shall be published. An affidavit evidencing the publication shall be filed with the commission within ninety days after filing the articles of domestication. If other laws require the domesticated corporation to record its articles of incorporation, the domesticated corporation shall also record the articles of domestication.
