2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §10-2020 License and other fees; tax exemption

Each association shall pay an annual license fee of ten dollars, but shall be exempt from all franchise or license taxes. For filing articles of incorporation, each association shall pay ten dollars, and for filing an amendment to the articles, two dollars and fifty cents.
