Sec. 04.06.075. Authority of director; annual budget.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 04.06.075 (2022)
(a) The director shall enforce this title and regulations adopted by the board.
(b) The director is not a member of the board and may not vote on a matter before the board.
(c) [Effective January 1, 2024.] The director shall prepare and submit to the board an annual budget for the board that includes funding for administration, enforcement, education, training, and prevention activities under this title.
