Sec. 45.68.100. Criminal penalty.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 45.68.100 (2020)
A person who solicits contributions for a charitable organization for compensation without complying with the registration requirements of AS 45.68.010 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
