Sec. 09.20.040. Compliance with statute.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 09.20.040 (2019)
The selection of jurors shall be made in substantial compliance with AS 09.20.040 - 09.20.090. A failure in substantial compliance that prejudices the rights of a party is reversible error.
