Article 1. Board of Dental Examiners.
Sec. 08.36.030. Election and term of officers.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 08.36.030 (2019)
(a) The board shall elect from among its members
(1) a president who is a licensed dentist or licensed dental hygienist; and
(2) a secretary.
(b) Officers elected under (a) of this section serve for a term not to exceed two years.
