Sec. 44.50.150. Copy of bond as evidence.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 44.50.150 (2019)
A certified copy of the record of the official bond with all affidavits, acknowledgments, endorsements, and attachments may be read in evidence with the same effect as the original, without further proof.
