Sec. 03.40.050. Use without certificate prohibited.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 03.40.050 (2019)
A person may not brand any horse, cattle, reindeer, bison, musk oxen, elk, mule, or ass unless the person using the brand holds a written certificate of acceptance from the commissioner.
