Sec. 11.46.489. Community work upon conviction.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 11.46.489 (2019)
A person convicted under AS 11.46.475 - 11.46.486 of an offense involving damage to public or private property shall be required to perform at least 25 hours of community work under AS 12.55.055.
