Chapter 65. Direct-Entry Midwives
Sec. 08.65.170. Exclusions.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 08.65.170 (2017)
This chapter does not apply to a person
(1) who is licensed as a physician in this state;
(2) who is licensed as a certified nurse midwife by the Board of Nursing in this state.
