Sec. 08.01.105. Penalty for improper payment.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 08.01.105 (2017)
An applicant shall pay a penalty of $10 each time a negotiable instrument is presented to the department in payment of an amount due and payment is subsequently refused by the named payor.
