Sec. 41.99.900. Definitions for title.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 41.99.900 (2017)
In this title, unless the context requires otherwise,
(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of natural resources;
(2) "department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
