Sec. 15.07.190. Violation of AS 15.07.180.
Universal Citation: AK Stat § 15.07.190 (2017)
A person who violates AS 15.07.180 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by both.
