A person who removes or has removed from the state fish, fish products, or the products of an aquatic animal, or fishing appliances, upon which there is a lien or right of lien under AS 34.35.320 - 34.35.390, unless a bond under AS 34.35.375 is filed, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than ,000, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both.
