Title 06 BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 06.01. ADMINISTRATION
Sec. 06.01.050. Definitions.
In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires,
(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce and economic development or a designee of the commissioner;
(2) "department" means the Department of Commerce and Economic Development;
(3) "financial institution" means an institution subject to the regulation of the department under this title.
