TITLE 21 INSURANCE
Chapter 21.53. LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE
Sec. 21.53.090. Required regulations.

The director shall adopt regulations regarding the sale of long-term care insurance that provide standards for

(1) terms of renewability;

(2) initial and subsequent conditions of eligibility;

(3) nonduplication of coverage provisions;

(4) coverage of dependents;

(5) preexisting conditions;

(6) termination of insurance;

(7) continuation or conversion;

(8) probationary periods, limitations, exceptions, reductions, elimination periods, and requirements for replacement.
