Chapter 17.07. FLOUR AND BREAD STANDARDS
Sec. 17.07.090. Investigatory powers of department.

For the purpose of this chapter, the department may take samples for analysis, conduct examinations and investigations, and enter and inspect, at reasonable times, a factory, mill, bakery, warehouse, shop or establishment where flour, white bread or rolls are manufactured, processed, packed, sold or held, or a vehicle being used for the transportation of them and pertinent equipment, materials, containers and labeling.
