Chapter 10.50. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES
Article 13 FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES
Sec. 10.50.715. Nonliability of member or manager.

A member or manager of a foreign limited liability company is not liable for the debts and obligations of the company solely because the company conducts affairs in this state without registration.
